Women to women…. we are stronger when our mind, body and souls are in sync.
In today’s world, women are important to the family and society more than ever before. We have become the head of households, CEO’s of corporations, entrepreneurs, doctors, lawyers, scientist, engineers, businesswomen, and a host of other jobs including one of the most important… a stay-at-home mom. We have certainly crossed all kind of barriers, but with all the advances we have made, we have had our share of challenges, too. In fact, in some instances, our challenges have tested our will and made us question our choices. Yet, as Maya Angelou so eloquently put it, “Still I Rise.” What a powerful statement and poem she wrote. It tells us that we can stand and overcome no matter what.
As I am writing this, I’m thinking about all the women who have found their plates full “trying to do it all, and be everything to everybody.” And in turn, you have struggled with personal, family, relationships, and workplace issues that have left you stressed and feeling drained. Then, we’ll try to figure out what’s wrong after our health suffers or we have breakups or other problems arise.
Think about it, have you ever asked yourself… what am I doing and why am I doing this?
If you have asked these questions, then you are in the right place. We want to give you methods to help make your life easier, happier and more peaceful. That’s right, eliminate the stress!
Come join 3 Women Voices as we share our knowledge and experiences with you, along with other guest contributors, so you can get empowered with answers and a roadmap to live your best life with No Regrets or Stress.

Bio
Debbie
I decided to start this blog called 3 Women Voices because I wanted to speak to the needs of women over 40 years old who have struggled with life issues: family, relationships, personal fulfillment, spirituality, money, health, self-love, and other issues related to women. I know for me personally, some of these areas have been challenging.
Despite the challenges, for most of my life, it has been a vision of mine to both educate and inspire women to dream in order to create a more purpose-filled life. With that said, I have found when I take the focus off myself and help others, then my challenges become easier and I become stronger in my own life. I believe when women are given the information and resources, the sky is the limit to their accomplishments; so, it is my intent to assist women in achieving goals and overcoming obstacles in their lives, just as I have in mine. In addition, I believe when women are happy, then their family, relationships and society is happier.
My guest and I are standing by to give you everything you need to win from the inside out. Let me introduce myself.
My name is Debbie Stokes. I have been happily married for 29 years and we dated 11 years before that, so I always say, I’ve been married for 40 years as of 2018. I have two daughters, two granddaughters, and a Yorkie named “Joey.” I have been employed by others, self-employed and unemployed. I have been sick, been a caregiver, and was a self-proclaimed counselor who helped people get off drugs through God’s interceding. With His help, they turned their lives around. As a beauty salon owner, I was a listening ear and advice giver to my customers. My mission was to always make them feel better internally, as I beautified them externally, before they left my shop. On occasion, I’ve helped some women through relationship issues. In addition to the above, I have been a house inspector, a property preservation specialist, and performed home improvement tasks. I have also been an insurance salesperson, taught investing, and had an investment club. Additionally, I started a church newsletter as a way to uplift and inspire others that looked forward to it once a month, and I know God was all in it. Above all that I have done in my life, what I’ve enjoyed the most, is spending time with my family. The smile I wear is genuine and it has been my goal to get others to smile and be happy, too. That in turn, satisfies my soul.
I love music, dancing and writing. Although everyone laughs about my singing and dancing, it’s okay because I do it for me and nobody else. The truth is that I really can’t do either one (I’m laughing now), but it makes me feel good. Last but not least, I have written a contemporary fiction novel that will be out soon; so, I’m excited and truthfully, fearful at the same time. Yes, fearful, I’m saying with a smile. I have always been a behind the scenes person on the creative end, but now I realize that with being an author, I have no choice but to step out of my comfort zone. Remember, live with NO Regrets! Therefore, I choose to walk in my purpose as you walk in yours.
With that said, I’m ready to share all my knowledge and experiences with any woman who wants to listen and ride this boat with me. My arms, ears and heart are open to you.

Guest Contributors
We realize as women, we are not in this thing called “life” alone and each of us have a voice with different outlooks, experiences, opinions, and journeys. With that said, I have decided to invite women from different backgrounds… with different views, struggles, and messages the opportunity to contribute to our blog with their messages of hope, inspiration, and empowerment. Each new guest will be considered another voice of 3 Women Voices.
The Audience
It is without question any type of media or information outlet need viewers and listeners. They add value and have opinions that matter. Their voice is vital to completeing the cycle of information being delivered and heard. First, there is the host or presenter (3 Women Voices) of the guest. Secondly, there is the invited guest who delivers the information to the sudience. Lastly, there is the audience who comments and provides feedback to the articles. Since the audience is important to the process, we are acknowledging their voice as our 3rd voice of 3 Women Voices.
